One Tribe would like to thank all the beautiful people who have put their time, effort, and even paid their own costs to make this party happen. All the DJs for their wicked sets, all the deco crews for making the venue look amazing, and the rest of the production and admin crews who held it together through the night. We would also like to thank all he people that did come and supported us.
However, due to the extremely low turnout, we have suffered very serious losses after having to cover the costs of the Security, Sound, Lighting, and medic, as the bar didn’t make enough money to even cover its own costs.
All of this means that we don’t have any money to start a campaign. We are obviously very disappointed and heart broken after all the hard work that was put into the campaign and party.
However, we are not going to give up!!!
We have had a great response for the campaign and we are very confident that with time we will be back with new ideas…
We will keep on researching the subject and keep on informing you about the latest developments. We will also explore different and new avenues such as direct action and online petition.
For those who enjoy writing on the forums please only write informed comments (after you read One Tribe’s and/or other website info) and don’t invent security with machine guns and special suits standing next to those trains (those train were never protected by security with machine guns, soldiers, or any other special units), or massive trains that go on for miles, or even glowing trains; It confuses people and mess up all the good work that was done.
For all those who came: we hope you enjoyed yourselves and you forgive us for failing to raise the money needed to start the campaign. One Tribe crew and all the other crews have done their best, and in some cases even beyond.
For those who didn’t come: We hope that we will never live to regret this failure…
